Thieves demand a quarter.
At what point do we finally admit to ourselves that mom has already escalated matters to a point where we question our personal safety?
My loving words and memories were used against me in a court of law. So twisted beyond recognition that the judge didn’t know what to believe.
You won this stepmom-fearing, step-baggage carrying, “cool aunt” over with ease. This proud Step Mom is ready to welcome you home with arms wide open when you’re ready to return to us. Only this time, I’m not letting go.
We heal our soul by loving and accepting every fragmented part – Loving our Whole Self unconditionally.
Every positive experience with Dad is typically followed by a few setbacks when mom senses your happiness.
As painful as the alienation experience is, I believe reconnection is the natural course. Showing Dear Alexa that love is unconditional and light is infinite is how her father and I have been able to RISE.
Stepping back and allowing some seriously bad “sans parenting” was painful – but necessary to break the “dad’s entirely to blame” united front.
Dear Alexa is better off by our stepping back and allowing truth to unfold. We make every effort to disengage from mom so this situation can calm down. This gives Dear Alexa a much-needed break to rediscover her own feelings and thoughts about who Dad is.
